Research and Adjustment Manager (RAM) is a database driven software
solution designed to allow users to track, report and archive many
types of financial adjustments, customer research and collection
information. In addition, RAM has the ability to create both consumer
and financial correspondent notifications as well as research invoices.
RAM is comprised
of five sub-systems, each operating independently but integrated
within
one solution to facilitate company wide use,
security and maintenance. The sub-systems consist of Adjustment Module
(correspondent bank/credit union and customer), ATM and Debit Card
Adjustments & Disputes Module, ATM Captured Card Module, Collections
Module, and Customer Research Module. RAM was designed to interface
with Microsoft Access and Word Applications.
